Menu EffecTech’s Investors in People (IIP) accreditation has been extended until 2023 following an assessment in February.
EffecTech scored higher than the industry average for all IIP indicators and the assessor’s report drew attention to the company culture of employee empowerment, backed up by support and encouragement from the Directors, as a key contributing factor to the retention of this accreditation The assessor also highlighted EffecTech’s ongoing commercial and technical success, as recognised by our 2019 International Trade award win from the Staffordshire Chamber of Commerce as well as being short-listed for their Science, Technology and Innovation award.
